This school project was designed with a clear vision from the client—to create a modern educational space that feels open, inspiring, and welcoming for students. At Studio LM, we translated this vision into a bold architectural form that combines warm brick textures with clean contemporary lines. The design focuses on creating a strong identity for the institution while ensuring functionality and comfort for everyday academic life. Large glass facades bring natural light deep into the building, while the vertical brick elements add rhythm and character to the elevation. The welcoming entrance plaza and landscaped surroundings were carefully planned to create an inviting arrival experience for students, staff, and visitors. Through this project, Studio LM aimed to balance aesthetics with practicality—designing a school that not only looks iconic but also supports a dynamic learning environment.

The client’s requirement was to design a builder floor residence that visually appears as a single cohesive building rather than separate independent floors. Our approach focused on creating strong architectural unity through symmetry, aligned openings, and a central design axis. A grand arched entrance, vertically aligned windows, and continuous balcony elements help tie all levels together, while glass railings and warm wood textures add a contemporary character to the façade. The design balances classical proportions with modern materials, resulting in a structure that functions as independent floors while maintaining the elegance and identity of one unified residence.

The client envisioned a "modern residence that balances simplicity with warmth", creating a home that feels contemporary yet inviting. Our design approach focused on combining "clean architectural volumes with natural textures" to achieve a timeless façade. Horizontal bands, wood-finish panels, and textured surfaces are carefully composed to create depth and visual rhythm across the elevation. The projecting balcony with glass railings enhances openness, while the terrace garden introduces greenery that softens the built form. The result is a "modern urban home that blends minimal design with natural elements", offering both elegance and comfort.
